Live Like Jesus

Hey everyone!

If you're like me, you REALLY struggle with the idea of being like Jesus. It's not exactly easy to walk in sandals and randomly preach and be perfect. Fortunately, when the Bible tells us to be like him, it doesn't mean that. It means love like him. Be at peace like him. Be patient like him. Trust God like him. Pray like him.( Keep in mind we aren't Jesus, so sometimes it will be a struggle to do all of this). But there is a part that we have to learn ourselves...trusting that if you don't shove your nose into the Psalms or Galatians or whatever it is every second of the day, you are still loved just as much by God and aren't required to do that. We have been given life to love God, people, and to enjoy it. So why worry like me and stress to points of literal sickness over whether or not you are doing something God wants you to when it's no sin, no wrong, just something fun or enjoyable? Go enjoy what God has given you and be thankful. He will never leave you or forsake you no matter what. You're his.
